Deezer on Avant-55 has not been working for about two months. Received the response below from BeoCare. Anyone else having issues connecting to Deezer through Avant? Still no word back from BeoCare around potential timing to resolve.

i tried last month and i think it was ok
Deezer radio channels working OK on my BV11. (I am not a Deezer subscriber).
Takes some time and a lot of double clicks for the Deezer homepage to disappear and for the menu page to come up.

Same over here on my Avant 55. Sometimes by selecting Deezer from remote and randomly pressing play or go button it does work. But this can sometimes take quite a long time. When can we expect a solution for this B&O?
Both providers Spotify (no multiroom) and Deezer (this longlasting error) seem to be hard to overcome? Can B&O support t least project a date when this will be solved?
