Hi everyone!

I have 2  pcs Beolab penta ; 2 pcs Beolab 8000 and 1 piece Beolab 7 that I want to connect so I can get theater sound from my TV, Samsung and a Dream Box. Is there anyone who can help me with this or anyone that has some good ideas how should I do?

You need a BeoSystem 3 or BeoSystem 4.

Or a surround sound receiver or preamp with preamp level outputs, preferably with a switched power on signal to turn on other devices, lots of choices out there.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

....and if you want to control that, the tv, the Dream Box etc with a Beo remote, you will need some heavy ir convertion - like the Lintronic solution - too.

And you will probably loose the easy switching between the speaker groups, that you would have natively with a BSys 4 (or 3).

There is a tv - and there is a BV

If all he has are B&O active speakers, why does he need a B&O remote? A good AVR or AV preamp will offer not only different modes, but auto setup, and even surround for music modes, many of which (like the Yamaha units) are quite advanced.
