BS essence IR eye mount

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the BS Essence IR eye fits into the older IR puck wall mounts?

I did see that from stb but that seems to be for the wheely remote. I know you can get a wall mount for the ir eye puc but not sure if it the same as the old type.

Oh, sorry - my mistake.

I would suppose, that it is exactly the same as with the 'old' eye, though.

It is just a matter of a different layout and fitting of the cables.

Yes, the electronics of the new eye are different - it now uses RS232 style serial rather than i2c which allows much longer cable lengths, but the eye is physically identical size wise, so will fit the existing wall mounts.
