This looks very clean. Any issue with having the BL17 on different heights levels?

Currently: BeoLab 17, BeoLab 18, BeoSound Core, Beosound Level, Beosound A1 2nd Gen, BeoPlay S8 Connection Hub, Halo, Essence Remote

Previously: BeoSound 1 non-GVA

Very nice, the table top stand looks great on the Eclipse too.

The iron grey with the white BL17 is going to look 👌

I decided to change the Beosound 35 I was using as a soundbar for an LG B8 - 65 screen in my Cigar room, to a Stage. The 35 did a reasonable job pre-Stage release but the upgrade is certainly well worth it.

I run a wall mounted BS35 in my bedroom as well, with an LG B7-55 screen. This will not be replaced with a Stage as I don't need the heavy bass in that room and to be fair, the 35 makes a reasonable fist of it through an optical cable. Also, I rather like the look of the wall mounted BS35.

The BS 35 looks really good under the tv. Very nice looking room.

I spy a couple of Kay Bojesen classics on the shelf too.

Looks good! Love how the beovision stand is reused more often. Hope someone comes with a plug and play module to re-use the motorstand with other brand tv's/remotes (it is already possible, but a bit difficult and not plug and play).

How did you mount your 7-32 stand to your 55" Sony? Which bracket?

Thank you!

I bought the mount from STBbrackets, worth every penny :)

Wiring up the motor to an Arduino to try and control the motor....that’s on my to-do list ;) I don’t really want to buy the expensive Lintronic box to do it....

I finally had a chance to buy my dream speakers and pulled the trigger. I am super excited to get these all setup and start playing some great music.

(Note, I had literally just got them in the house, still need to position them where I want them and connect everything up.) Big Smile

Hi Tucker

That’s a new year start! Congratulations Lets have a Party !!!

Because they are close to your furniture and wall, the calibration may fail. If this happened, try to move/turn the speakers a little bit and launch the calibration again.

Enjoy.

Thank you! This is not where they will be permanently. I just had to snap a quick picture as soon as I got them home, haha. I will be back home in a week and I can’t wait to properly set them up!

Maybe an idea to inspire people to make a DIY bracket (that will not be so nice as an STB) - from a BV6-26's guts I salvaged the metal plate that connects to the stand. Some drilling and metal strips will be required to fit a modern TV with VESA to it. At the moment I do not have a purpose. Whenever I will come to it, I will post the result in the 'what are you working on now' thread.

I was thinking about something similar just the other day (after I took one of my BV6's apart to clean it).  Seems a shame to remove from a working model, but much cheaper than the STB equivalent.  Thanks for posting!

PS: OneRemote also do a stand adaptor - cheaper than the STB version but still €146:  https://shop.oneremote.dk/shop/69109-tv-brackets-for-bo/4166-vesa-adaptor-for-bv-7-32-mount/

Hi all, this is my first post and I hope you like my little set up Big Smile Like most of us I've had the beo-bug since I was a kid, and over the years have been inspired and driven by all your wonderful collections! I remember going to the Melbourne launch of the Beovision 7-55 with my dad as a teenager, falling in love with everything. Fast-forward through my twenties, a lot of hard work and moving to London I am beyond thrilled to finally have the Beo-set up of my dreams!

I'll start with the set up I had 1 year ago when I had just moved into my apartment, an all white Beovision 10-40, white Beolab 9s and my (all time favourite) Beocenter 2:

As I got used to the apartment, I realised that of course I needed to upgrade and had the opportunity to buy a (hardly used) 7-55 mk2 in November:

But just last week I was able to complete the set-up of my dreams, with a MASSIVE thank you to Lee for helping find an immaculate 2015 pair of Beolab5s. I'm still getting used to them, such a change from the 9s. But in short they have exceeded any and all of my expectations. It is such a joy to re-discover my music collection all over again!

In the process of painting the living room in a coffee-latte color. Playing around w it grew colours on the Pentas. Not really sure tho.

While waiting for the Beomaster 1001 to be cured I had to replace it with whatever on hands (!)
Fortunately, I got that one coming free with the 4002… If it just was black…

After sevearal plays, be it studio, live, cover or remix, the beomaster is definitely silver and white.

But thanks anyway for your insight! Wink
