I always love turntable pictures.

Since you love turntable pictures so much, here are a few more pics from that shoot. Smile

All three were great shots !

I bet you take good pictures at the race track as well ... that's the sense I get from these pictures - an aerodynamic shape traveling at great speed Smile

Thanks Ed!

One would think that I have taken several shots of our car during practice and events but that is actually not true at all. The best (and only) pics I have personally taken of the car are when it is sitting perfectly still! Laughing Often times, they are pics of the cars up on stands or a table being worked on or completely disassembled!

Here is just such a shot. In the background is the front half of our chassis!

Being tasked with managing the team leaves little, if any time to take decent, dynamic shots of the cars.

Thankfully, there are usually others present that can man the cameras.

This one was taken by a hired professional at out competition in Hockenheim Germany this summer.

The driver in this shot is actually a BeoWorld member believe it or not! Maybe he will notice I posted his picture Big Smile

I recently broke my point-and-shoot digital camera and have been at the mercy of my iPhone camera since. My only other alternative would be to move to my film SLR! Laughing

Honestly, that isn't too bad, I've gotten pretty decent results with 35mm film lately.

I was out with my Nikon N60 the other day, but somehow I lost the "touch", used a 50Mm./1,8 lens, with which I made some fantastic closeups about 3 years ago, but this time not so good, the light and speed feeling is kind of rusty, so I stored the N60 again, Maybe, when I have time. I will shoot a couple of rolls again, but developing is getting more and more expensive.

Still decorating our home -- this is the sitting room which used to house our Beosound 4 which was moved out for the renovations, and I am now testing the Beolink Wireless (with BL4s before moving the 6000s back) to see if we can have survive without running master link cable into the room Smile

So far so good, in fact I found that if I press [DVD] I actually hear the iTunes music playing on the ATV connected to the BeoVision 8-40.  I am very happy with that !

I think I can place the White wireless unit behind the furniture so it will be an almost invisible installation for a change.

Very nice hotknife, I'm loving the all black frame with the silver speaker fret. What do you think of the picture quality of the bv10 incomparison to bv8-40 you had??

Markiedee,

BV8-40 to BV10-46 I would say 15-20% better picture quality. It is not such a very big step. Internal speaker of the BV8-40 was much better.

Wow so not much of a leap in terms of picture quality... As for the sound quality I agree with you When I demoed the bv10 I found the bass to be a little light whereas the bv8-40 sounded a lot fuller and deeper.

What I have to decide is whether to add the Beolab 11 to this setup - I think I will try that combination with the Beolab 4s first !

I moved the BS5 (was beside the tv before). I also changed the BL3 to fronts and the BL4000 as rears. Sound is much better (I already changed my mind in where to have my speakers).

We also put the tv on the wall, much better space in our small living room.

My gf did actually say that it would be nice to have the cables inside the wall as in our old apartment, so I will have to put some more time into this :)

I think the Beolab 2 feels left out Big Smile

speaking of "lazy cell phone picture" here is an update on our redecorating ... Beolab 4s replaced by the 6000s and and the BL11 added ... Beo4 on the side table Smile

The setup is "wireless" with a white power chord that is tucked under/into the pained wood work - power block etc hidden from view, with a white Beolink Wireless 1 to shield the power and powerlink cables that are supporting the BL6K and the BL11
