When a finger-palm of my hand is drawn across speaker alu part i feel 50Hz electrical frequency on my BL 12.3What is wrong? The same may be felt in the BL 4000 on aluminum part of the speaker.
Hello there
I get this on every piece of B&o I own every time I touch the ALU i get a buzz, for me its worst on my BLGW and zaps me more than my speakers or TV

Hello,
I think it's the same as what was described here
For me, it's a grounding lack/ issue...
Hi
I'm know some stuff ..and when i connect all devices in line on phaze and null to correct position it's 50% better :)
Try to reverse each of main cable of the BL speaker one of the time. phaze- null than revers ....null phaze ..
At the same time it has to be connected to B&O device via PW cable.
i do not know why ..sometimes it wotk's for me.
It has to be some grounding issue :(
Nobody till now can explain to me why ..or how to fix it :(
Hello i read in the Installation Guide for the Beosound Moment about the same problem. There is a workaround for grounding over the Powerlink socket. I don't know if it is also possible for other products. But this prevent the ticking feeling. Sorry for my englisch. It is not my nativ speeking.
Thanks ..it's the same problem i think :(
is these it ?
