Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.

Hello Keith.
I can't see my three golden stars. Is it a bug?

You have your GOLD stars.
There is currently an unresolved issue I am working on where the web site transfers your status via an encrypted cookie, however, the forum is not currently picking up that status correctly.
Members status as shown on the web site is 100% correct, BUT currently may be incorrect on the forum ONLY.
If you want to check the status of your membership, go to the home page of the Beoworld web site and on the right under "My Beoworld" will be your current status. I would suggest that all members check their status because for a period of time reminder e-mails were not being sent out.
OK, I now have the correct set of Smileys
Thank you,
Best regards,
I have to comment that Keith is doing a fantastic job. He is responsible in large for the changes to the forum and is also changing everyone's post count - personally I would have just left everyone at 0 including myself - and is also responding quickly and efficiently to numerous queries and complaints. I don't think any of us can truly understand the amount of work he is putting into this site. It is most appreciated.

Indeed. He's doing a remarkable job and must be off his trolley to take the job on. Very much appreciated though

Totally agree, this thread is meant as kind of a joke and must be one of the last things that Kieth has on his schedule, but yes I love the old smileys
Keith Saunders: OK, I now have the correct set of Smileys
You have the correct set of Smileys...fine But it's still only the new smileys (now + one old): for us to use in the posts...
I can confirm that all the smileys from the old forum are now available on this forum.
Great ! Many thanks Keith.
Thanks Keith

Well done again Keith

me neither but I put a beer in first in the first line, and here a beautiful old smiley, there was an other smiley that didn't LOL but was smiling, its not there.
one time more, with no quote, beer first and smile last
and thanks for a marvellous job. What about your protective glasses? I hope that you don't need them for protection against acidic comments in the future ...

Apparently it works now, at least for me. For a long time on the old forum, smileys didn't work for me if they ended a line, I always had to trail them with at least a space to get them to show. I suspect it is/was some browser specific bug in the post editor.
I still miss the [][][][] faces; it that would throw the nicely organized x by y smiley grid off, I won't be too offended if for example the mummified corpses smiley had to go...
