Dear Beoworld,
my Beomaster 1900 is stuck in stby no functions
my beomnaster 3000 does not respond to remote control
Beomaster 3400 heats up at the middle rear heat sink. The large tuning wheel cord has
also unraveled too, due to the broken rail guide.
any advise appreciated
kimd regards
Beomaster 1900Was it put together correctly? If not, the sensorpads won't work.
Beomaster 3000Which remote control are you using?
Beomaster 3400Repair amplifiers. Replace idle current trimmers and readjust per the servicemanual.Don't use it until repaired or you will risk more serious damage.

Struer: Beomaster 3000 Which remote control are you using? I have used a BEO4 to control a beomaster 3300, so deduced the same remote might control the Beomaster 3000. Maybe this is not the case and the Beomaster 3000 can only be remotely controlled by the B and O terminal 3000?...
Struer:Beomaster 1900 Beomaster 3400 I'm confident I can re align the pulley system, but the intermittent heat build up is a problem. Would that be some sort of capacitor needing replaced?

No.As mentioned earlier, replace idle current trimmers and readjust per the servicemanual.
Check if the oscillator for the sensorpad circuits is running.Check the amount of ripple on the 15V rail.
