Beosound essence can you help me for configuration

Hello all,

When I want to use Beosound essence as master, the sound is too louder in the speaker and disconnected them.

What can I change ?

If you have access to a iPad and download the BeoSetup App (soon to be discontinued), you gan setup the Essence to a) give maximum volume (0-90) and b) show default start-up volume.

I assume the Android app does the same.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but will the BeoSetup App be replaced with the "X" app, or has B&O decided we don't need to configure it anymore?

In the X App, Settings >> My Product >> Select Product >> Configuration >> Sound

In the BeoSetup App (still available), select product and go to Sound
