BeoSound Ouverture - No sound through all sources

I've got Ouverture with interesting issue. There's no sound on any sources. Powerlink shows all functions like source, volume etc, beosound is playing anything on all sources (CD, Tape, Radio), but there's just silence on powerlink and headphone jack. Muting seems to be fine. Beosound is on Option 1. 

I've checked all connectors between boards, but I've no idea where is the problem. Any hints?

i have the same issue. i used the device for like half a year and it worked quite well, except the above described issue for like 2-3 time. now, i had it unused for like a month. today i plugged in all the cables and wanted to use it, but no sound at all ! any ideas? any help is highly appreciated. is there maybe a way to do like a factory reset? cheers, sven

now, i have to say that i just have the standard "BeoSound Ouverture, Type No. 2631, Sw 2.1" with the standard speakers. Is it maybe possible that I adjusted something wrong with this remote control? Everthing is working fine, even the mute function (lights go red on both speakers) and the device did work well a long time.

So if it would be broken, can I anyhow still use the speakers?

It sounds like some circuit responsible for both audio channels has failed. The speakers can be used as just stand alone Beolab 2500 using the powerlink input.
