Hi Fellow B&O users.

I have just got a pair of H9.

Super nice.

I have paired it with my telephone - no problem.
Easy.

But now I want to pair it with my laptop.
With bluetooth.
The PC can see and pair the H9.

But the sond comes from the laptops internal speaker !

What to do ??

Hi and welcome,

I think we need to know which kind of PC/laptop, you have.

Having bluetooth support doesn't not mean that it will send sound/sound in a reasonable quality.

It is relatively new - probably has BT4.0 support.

Does something like this help?

Problem: Sound does not come from the Bluetooth headset/headphones but comes from the local
speaker even though the Bluetooth headset/headphones is connected using a Headset profile or AV
profile.
Solution: Do the following:
1. Exit the application that uses the sound device (for example, Windows Media Player).
2. Open Control Panel and click Hardware and Sound ➙ Sound ➙ Playback.
3. If you are using a Headset profile, select Bluetooth Hands-free Audio and click the Set Default
button. If you are using an AV profile, select Stereo Audio and click the Set Default button.
4. Click OK to close the Sound window.
And did you try to unpair it from the phone before pairing with the laptop?

Hi MM.

Thanks for your answer.

I will try some of your solutions later to day or tomorrow.

And no I have not tried to unpair the phone first.

I will get back to you.

Hi MM.

Thanks for your answer. Now I got around to test your suggestions. And it worked. I disconnected the phone, and then I could connect the headset to the PC through Bluetooth with superb sound.

Thanks.
