how do you source AppleMusic?
I settings, music, local music.
I don't have any to play with but I guess some of us have some.
EDIT: I added some music to my local iPhone library and I was able to stream it to my A6 leveraging the app, but it does not wok with the Moment, not a surprise, but non supported devices must hide the local music selection when incompatible.

Sandyb:That's great that they added that....I don't use Apple Music anymore, but good to have it now for some.... Really interested to see how the NAS content is integrated, if at all......desperately need NAS search....not sure why it's proving so difficult.....do people want their NAS content mixed in with Deezer content or kept separate? Separate might work, if the search is universal? Even before search is introduced, the NAS icons showing Music, Videos, Photos is ridiculous....should at least show an icon for Artists, Albums, Play lists.... Enough rambling from me

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Please add icons for the BeoLink Converter for (1) a stacked BeoSystem such as the BeoSystem 7000 and (2) a BeoGram such as the Beogram 9500, 4500, or 3000 for those of us who use a Converter for control of a BeoGram.

I experience the same thing. Buttons not working and the lock screen not showing volume or what's playing.
This happens on BP A6. Hopeit's something that will be fixed soon?

But it doesn't makes sense to hide this under "Music", since it also affects radio. Should be a general setting in my opinion. People who only uses the TuneIN part will never think of looking in the Music tap

I suggest you use the Comments from the App, MrAndersen and staff are really responsive when using this way of reporting issue or suggestions.
The new app seems like a step back to me. I liked the 'X' app better, even with its quirky multiroom support. Multiroom in the new app is still missing importing things (like what's playing) at a glance. My Moment also doesn't show up in the multiroom tab so I can't join it to anything using the app.
If we're going to have those large tabs along the bottom of the screen - taking up precious space for other things - we might as well have useful tabs. The 'Home' tab is not very useful. I'd rather have a 'Queue' tab.
Still no DLNA Search. One would think that would be a major functionality initiative that would be tackled first rather than UX tweaking.

Hiort:Agree. Think the new app is really good. Some things to fix yet, like in the case you have a Moment connected to your BV11, only the BV11 show up in the Multiroom screen. Would make more sense to see the Moment there.

Guess B&O makes these changes only for their Apple app as I have not seen changes n Android yet where I am a Beta user. Or did I miss something Mr Anderson?

Still no dlna, so can't access on the BS essences (two mk2s) 95% my music which is on the server from the new app. I have the old beomusic app so I can access it, my wife does not have the old app so is stuck with out access if I am out of the house. She is saying why did we spend all this money when we could have got sonos and it would have worked!
Also with the new app have lost control of the mk1 essence in the office so again completely useless for my wife.
So all in all wife is not happy, which means any thought of a new B&O TV or any other products is now out of the window, would be ok if this is a one off but the software while improving, lacks in the basics to make it truly usable
@Norwin: No you are correct. This change was so big that we could not do both platforms at the same time. I can however gladly say that we started on Android yesterday!
@badgersurf: DLNA is supported. Settings->Music->DLNA and add your server? Could you please send a feedback on the missing MK1 then we will look into it

Do you plan to authorize any DLNA renderer to be used with your app ?
(today you can only add DLNA server as music source)
After the last update it seems like my phone is using a lot of battery power when the app is open. Not necessarily active, but just running in the background with no products in use. Today it went from 100% to 40% in a couple of hours getting pretty hot - even when just laying around.
i can't remember that I have updated or changed anything else recently and the problem seems to disappear when closing the app.
Anyone else noticed this? -just wanted to check to see if this is B&O app related or I have to look elsewhere.
