Avant 55 TV speakers stuck down

Can anyone help.

We had a power failure in the house and now the speakers on the TV are stuck down

Usually when this happens to mine, I simply disconnect the mains (power cord from the Avant) from the wall electrical  socket , wait about 1 or 2 minutes, then plug the mains back in. When you turn on the Avant with your remote, the speaker bar usually retracts and the television will restart with "Bang & Olufsen" appearing on the screen.

Gary, I tried this anti install stuck.

any other ideas?

Have you checked the rear silver panels are not fouling. Sometimes they drop a little.

sorry to say that is not fouling 

would a factory reset help or is that the last resort?
