As i understand, the pins 1 & 7 ? are for data only (remote control)
You can unscrew these and get a 5-pin Din->Rca Cable.
They are really rather good cassette decks - HX-Pro means any cheap tape will sound pretty good and the recording levels can be either auto (good for radio) or manually set. I have a couple which I rarely use but still work fine. Of course their purpose in life has been rather reduced since Spotify etc but I still have some tapes of old relatives talking about the members of the family.

You can get a nice cable from Steve at Sounds Heavenly. However, I thought you said your Beocord does not power on. It sounds like your cassette deck has bigger issues than a cable. I would recommend getting the tape deck functioning first where a tape is playing before worrying about the cable.
Yes. It doesn't power on. Will need to get it fixed up but in order to test sound, I'll need to figure out the input/output connections eventually. Might as well start checking now.
