Please make sure that your headphones have the latest software. It's currently v. 5.0.4

This can be done either via the Bang & Olufsen app, or via the software updater (for Mac or PC) available on this page:

https://www.beoplay.com/en/support/product-support/support-beoplay-h9i

Note that, to update using the Mac/PC version, you'll need a USB cable.

Cheers

Ok. It looks like they only updated to 5.0.3.

Will update later today and give feedback. Smile

I’d recommend doing it via a computer, when I got my terracotta H9i I tried updating in the app twice and both times I looked at the app later and it still said 5.0.3 and was prompting me to update.

Sorry, Geoff. The issue is still present with 5.0.4.

Are you able to do something with the software or should I return them?

Hi,

I can't diagnose exactly what the problem is with your headphones. However, we did a tuning update that should take care of the "Diana Krall" issue.

If the problem is different from this, then I'll need more info about it, and then I can try to duplicate your problem on the reference pair that we have in Struer...

Cheers

It’s the Diana Krall issue.

I am using H6 mk1 as reference here.

Reading through this thread makes me even sadder that the H6 was discontinued. The 2nd gen was one of the best portable closed back headphones you can get.
