Hi guys, I have a Wyrestorm MX-0404PP HDMI matrix which I would like my beo5 to be able to control for changing the source input. Wyrestorm have kindly sent me the IR codes in a document which I've pasted in below - are these Pronto HEX codes? Can these go straight into an XML file (using the template for starters) or do they need to be converted to a Raw format?

These are the IR commands I specifically need:

I'm not an expert at this, but it looks like the pronto codes described by jacob rungwald here:

http://rungwald.dk/intro/home/the-tpf-file/index.html

jacob wrote an iPad App called "Beo5/6 third party configurator" to convert pronto codes to xml for the Beo5/6 programming tool.

Video here:

http://rungwald.dk/intro/home/theapp/video-example.html

Maybee this could help

Rob,

I can confirm that these are Pronto codes which convert to 32 bit NEC IR codes as below:-

Gerard,

Your link is for an app built by a Beoworld member Jacob Rungwald for use on an iPad.

The screen shots in this thread are of my converter which I built about 10-12 years ago and is Windows based only and never distributed to anyone. I used it to convert PUC, Lintronic and Pronto files to Beo5/6 compatible XML files for Beoworld members at the early stage of the Beo5.

I used it to convert the Wyrestorm HDMI matrix pronto codes into a usable XML file for the Beo5/6

Hi Keith,

The link I'm talking about, was a link to a converter tool, I think from Lintronic, it was on some sort of wiki page for the Beo5/6, explaining jow to get pronto vodes using an HP iPaq.

I can't find this wiki anymore
