Hi

I use a Beolink Active 1636 SW 1.1. The PC input works perfect with Beolink 1000 Shift + Store. But when I use a Beo4 it doesn't work, not with PC neither L_PC.

Anny idea?

Thanks Wolfgang

Is the active also connected by Masterlink to an Audiomaster?  Is there any chance that the (more powerful) Beo4 could be transmitting to an audiomaster at the same time?

I assume that you have used a camera to check that the Beo4 is actually transmitting when PC is selected and GO pressed?

Maybe try resetting the option settings of the Beolink Active.  Try 0, 4, 5 and 6 with each remote in turn.

Make sure that whole system is in stand-by first, and then use the BL1000 to set the option by pressing LINK (Option Number) then STORE for each.  Try each remote after each setting (but obviously neither should work for option 0)

The correct option for your set-up would probably be 6.
