I bought a second-hand Beo Com 6000, which works great but it won't let me delete the old phonebook. I have followed the manual but still can't delete. Can anybody help me with advice?

The handset will have been registered to the same base twice or another base. You can go into the set up menu and reset the base and then the handset to factory status. The register the handset to the base as new. That will wipe the phonebook.

Are you pressing the button with the black dot first then button 7?
