Hello,

I'm looking for an SPDIF / Analog (tRCA or DIN) converter with a remote volume control (IR or RS232).

is there a brand that does this ?

Thanks

Another solution would be to use a ‘line level volume controller’ like this:

https://www.amazon.com/MCM-CUSTOM-50-8394-CONTROL-IR/dp/B01CX82KH2

and add that to a DAC of your choice.

Please notice, that you can find other solutions/devices on the linked site:

And be aware, that these converters only support a 2-channel PCM signal.

How about a small simple AV / surround preamplifier? It should do the job very comfortable.
