Customer Support recruitment for B&O

The company 5SA is looking for a Customer Support Agent that is fluent in Danish and English to serve B&O customers - no news under the sun but I wanted to share as 5SA seems to be as far from B&O values (?), ideas, standards (?) as possible

Maybe I am getting old (40+) but never in my wildest dreams would have matched tech-saffy game nerds with B&O. 5SA seems like a young minded, fresh quirky company though.

Another thing, home office required with own PC and phone , and then they write ‘we’ll provide all the tools’ (ehm?)

One will never know, it might change for the better

, for many the customer service is very poor so all help is welcome.

Probably set these people up with the "hi, Can I Help You" chat box at the bottom of a lot of websites. Basic product knowledge and forwarding requests to the right department.

 

My guess of course, But a step in the right direction.

Leading to the inevitable call where a person with a Sri Lankan answers the phone saying "Hallo, my name is Sven, how can I help you?"
