I am trying to get a Beoremote 1 to work with a Beovision 10. Works perfectly with Apple TV but I am having a problem with my satellite box. I have Satellite boxes on both my BV10 and BV7. I can use a Beo 4 with both. On both TVs I use the four up down left right arrows to navigate through the program guide with a Beo 4. On the BV7 I use the same buttons on the BR1 to navigate through the program guide.

The problem is with the BR1 and the BV10. The arrow buttons do not work. I have to use the p+ and p- buttons along with the small left right buttons just above them, instead of the large central left right up down buttons. Additionally, none of the buttons on the BR1 function to back up and out of the program guide. On the BV7 I can use the back button on the BR1. Why do the central arrow buttons not work on the BR1 for the BV10 and why does the back button not work? I have tried changing all the setting I can think of, both in the BV10 and the BR1. Thanks!

The BR1 also works perfectly with my V1. It is only with the BV10 that the problem occurs.

Your BV10 must set up to a Beo 4 with Navigationbutton to work with a BR1 perfectly

Beozip:

.....and that choice in the menu - if I remember correct - depends on the sw version of the BV10.

MM

There is a tv - and there is a BV

I have it set up for the navigation button. I thought that would solve the problem also but it did not.

I think I solved it. Switched puc and it started working. Same puc I had before. Maybe it has to be switched after resetting the Beo 4 navigation setting?
