BLGW Newbie looking for Macro help with BL

Hi All - 

I am just getting my BLGW working with my ML components. I have my Philips Hue bridge connected and can manually control lights. 

I would to create a macro to do this simple thing: 

Press DVD on my Beo4 sending to the BS3 IR puck

Have a Hue scene get selected (eg movie). 

 

Is this possible? 

I can see the Hue scene, but the DVD button is nowhere in the Command pull down. Do I need the BLGW to recognize that the BS3 has changed states to playing a DVD, and then do something after that?

Hello there

It’s been a while but can you not put the BLGW into capture mode and press the DVD button you want and see if its captured.

If not you might need to use light commands as these are passed back to BLGW if you selected it in the menus.

I am not sure source changes are immediately captured.

Thanks Seanie. After I posted I tried the capture feature from pressing DVD on the Beo 4, and it captured the complete sequence including source activation. I assigned it to a Hue scene, and presto it just worked. Pretty amazing really. It works every time now.
