Replace the idle current trimmers and readjust the idle currents.Do one channel at a time, beginning with the channel with the current highest idle current.

Yes.And the adjustment procedure is in the servicemanual.
While you are at it, I suggest you replace the black ROE caps too. They will be if not bad, then at least marginal by now.
For the idle current settings you can also use a Beomaster 5000, 6500 or 7000 servicemanual.The amplifier is basically the same.
