The client has an issue with room calibration on Beloab 5:

The calibration mic comes out half way, then fully, then retracts again and gives a red signal light.

Any ideas what might be wrong and how to rectify it?

Thanks

Sounds normal. Only when the red light is blinking, the servicetool can be used to read a possible failure.

But does he hear the calibration sound?

Is the problem with both BLs or just one?

If there is no sound, it is a hardware problem

If a sound is emitted and the red light is on on only one BL, then the calibration is not successful: try to move the cabinet which is too close to this BL, or try to turn the BL to avoid this cabinet
