Hi All,

I have not been able to find the answer to this question so I hope someone here can help.

I have a Beogram 5000 and a Beocenter 9000 - with remote and using data link.

I was thinking of adding a phono pre-amp but I'm unsure how that would work. I don't want to lose the data link option (remote control) and I guess if you add a phono pre-amp you will no longer use the phono input on the Beocenter 9000.

Anyone done this before?

Thank you,

/jakob

Is there any reason that you want to buy pass the pre-amp in the phono input of the Beocenter 9000?

"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"

Yes - I don't think it sounds very good.
