Perhaps a better option is to have a socket with the adapter built in so you just plug in the USB cable as below
Regards Keith....
Here is an image of an EU version
Something like this could do the job....maybe
There is a tv - and there is a BV
"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
If you replace the socket with one with built in USB ports, make sure you purchase a reliable model that meets your local electrical safety standards - these devices have had significant bad press, even those produced by well-known, established manufacturers. A search will find lots of articles, such as: https://www.electricalsafetyfirst.org.uk/professional-resources/product-safety/usb-socket-outlets/
(Mind you, I am sure that many plug-in USB adaptors are just as bad!)
Little older Nokia phones were equipped with nice round white chargers, allmost like in your lower picture, only nicer. Might find them on aftermarket.
Nokia AC-16E Looks like it is still aviable
blah-blah and photographs as needed
Usbepower makes really nice wall chargers with metal finish and integrated cable winders
