My BeoSound 1 has been working fine but 24 hrs ago started flashing red and B&O app tells me: This product is not available on the current network. When I check my ISP the device does appear as connected via wifi. I see red flashing means battery below 2% and/or 'hardware error'. The device is plugged into power. What should I do?
That has happened to my BS1 as well.
Try to turn off power and then power on again.
