I've bought a pair of BeoPlay E8 3rd Gen. They are in chinese or an other asian language and I can't change it because i can not connect them to beoPlay app.
I've bought them on the french Fnac.fr webspace.
Do you have any help for me?

lawrencejmcook: In any case, check that you are using the Bang & Olufsen app with the B&O logo in just black and white, and not the BeoPlay app which seems to have a dark maroon border. Lawrence
Have you considered that they might be fake? If you can post macro photos of them, we might be able to identify.

I have a pair of e8 gen3s, and had a pair of e8 gen2s, and they do not talk to me (in any language)... unless I'm using Siri or Google Voice Assistant, but then it's really the phone speaking through the e8s, not really the e8s doing the talking.
Yeah, all the B&O Bluetooth speakers and headphones I've used have the same ON/OFF/PAIR sounds. I'm always surprised when I hear the terrible voice synth on Bose speakers.
