I have upgraded my B&O app to use the alarm function on my Beosound level. Nothing appears on the app to add this function. Do I have to reload the Beosound level to access this function

I asked the same question a few days ago in the BEOSOUND 1 VS LEVEL thread and no one knows, unfortunately. I also submitted an inquiry to B&O through the app support. No response yet but I suggest you do the same so we get some critical mass behind the issue! :)

I had the same thought--I wondered if the device firmware must be updated as well.
We shall wait and see, I guess. But... yes, confusing messaging if this turns out to be the case.
