Dyssegaard: It would be great though, if you could test if you can start Spotify by double tapping the top plate of the M5 or by a BR1BT before you update your M5. If it works for you on the previous sw, then my problem probably is due to the latest update - otherwise it could also be Spotify that have made some changes. I think they are preparing for Spotify Hifi.

Yes this works for me on the M5 with the previous firmware version. I changed Spotify to be the first in the list and pressing the top plate from standby turned it on and started playing Spotify without Spotify being open on my iPhone. I’ve turned the auto update off for now. Please do raise a support request via the B&O app notifying them of the issue. I’ve also sent a request asking if this missing feature on the M3 could be added.
