Hello all

Have anyone of you installed the Harmony on the stand by yourselve? I consider myself handy enough to do it, just asking about the configuration and cable management

Would be happy if someone can share their experience

Thanks in advance

Go easy! Sounds like a big ask to me.

B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.
11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

There is an internal (although publicly available) video on YouTube from B&O serving as an installation how-to. I can't find it at the moment but I'm sure someone handier than I will be able to.

I actually think it looks fun and don't think it looks like a big job! Does anyone think it was really too difficult to do on your own? @Mikipedia installed his own...

Currently: BeoLab 17, BeoLab 18, BeoSound Core, Beosound Level, Beosound A1 2nd Gen, BeoPlay S8 Connection Hub, Halo, Essence Remote

Previously: BeoSound 1 non-GVA

Thanks for the answers above

Another question came up and therefore I changed the title.

How can a headphone (Beoplay HX / H95) connected to the Harmony? There is no Headphone and digital out - only Powerlink? Maybe Steve from Sounds Heavenly has an answer here....

Installing it is not hard, just super heavy and you can not put eny pressure on the speaker wings. If you bend them it’s on you and the fix isn’t cheap. I would highly suggest it’s a two person job because of the weight and the delicate nature of the speaker wings. Stig did his on the wall by himself, Brendon did his on a rotating floorstand. It’s doable, but be sure you know what you’re doingSmile

I did both on my own, first floor stand, than later wall bracket. Video from B&O very helpful, without that would not have done it. Just to expensive stuff to potentially damage it.

As Mikipidia said, it is very heavy! Floor stand is much easier to handle as the wall bracket. just more space to work. My respect to Sig to do the job without a second person, for me it sounds almost impossible :-)

I guess next time I would ask my dealer to do the job...I am getting older :-)
