BeoSound Level incorrectly reports that mic is off

Hi folks - I’m flagging an issue I experienced today and the fix.

While the BeoSound Level was connected to the mains I tried to re-run room compensation from the B&O app.

The app reported that the mic was turned off, so I flicked the mic switch and tried again.

Once more the app reported that the mic was switched off. This time I visually checked the switch position and it was definitely on.

I tried again in both positions, and regardless of position the app reported that the mic was off.

Rebooting the Level from the app made no difference.

A factory reset corrected the issue, and room compensation measurement ran to completion.

Note: I haven’t tested whether I can RE-RUN compensation.

Hi , it happened to me 3 or 4 times but no more and everything ok since 15-20 days
