Hi, I’m trying to update my bv11. The software-version is 0.0.0.0. I have connected it to wifi, and it says connected. When I try to update via internet, i got a message that reads «error contacting the internet service» I have tried using cable and iphonesharing. I got the same message. Any ideas?

Have you had a software version stated before?

Can you try a factory reset?

When you tried a factory reset did you do it by changing the location to a different country first then back?

I found that this was the mode to reset the TV properly.

The BV-11 and the Avant are the same Video Engine / Chassis generation.

In that case, please try contacting support or your dealer - you should be able to get the latest sw to install from a USB stick.

MM

There is a tv - and there is a BV

B&O already sent it to me, but the TV cant find it. Is it correct that it should be a .bin-file? Am I supposed to format the USB in fat-32 and and put this file with bin-ending on the usb, without any folder-structure?
