Hi,
I have a beolink passive set which powers two outdoor speakers. I had a whole host of trouble with a dodgy eye but got that replaced with a brand new one and all was good. However... I had the eye outside, under cover but with no weatherproof case, but I found that on occasion, the outside speakers would turn themselves on (onto the radio). There was no timer set, the beolink and the beocenter 2 had the correct settings. I can find no reason for it.
I have now invested in an outdoor case just in case condensation was getting in to the eye and it has been fine for the last week. But, low and behold for no apparent reason the system just started turning itself on and off at random today. The only thing different between today and any other day was that there was rain...)
Surely I haven't been unlucky enough to get get hold of two dodgy eyes can I? Has anyone else had this happen to them before, if so, what was the answer? I'm really starting to loose faith in this B&O stuff!
Thanks,
Pete
