Hi everybody

I plugged my headphone on my bv11 (on top of it) and I have absolutely no sound.

I still have the sound on the tv.

The dealer told me that I could use an headphone and the sound from the tv at the same time.

If you own a bv11 please let me know how I can activate the headphone.

I tried two different headphone and they both work on other devices.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Best regards

olivier

B&O have implemented an illogical, absurd, counter intuitive and complete pain in the @@s headphone protocol.

This is how it should be - plug headphones in, tv speakers automatically mute, adjust volume to suit.

Instead you have to mute the tv speakers.

Menu - Setup - Sound - Sound Adjustment ....scroll down to Headphones...use the toggle button to adjust the headphone output. My guess is your Headphone slider is set very low or all the way down.

Utterly bonkers and super useless way of doing things.

You will have output from tv speakers and headphones so don't forget to mute the tv speakers.

Grrrr, tut, moan.

A software update to fix this please!

A lot of people use wireless headphones always plugged in (transmitter part), so there is a logic behind it - same with loewe tvs.
