Beocentre not working

more information needed.  Which Beocenter?, where did you buy it?

Looks like you need to enter a PIN code which you should have been given by the seller.

If it's a BC9500 then the answer may be in the sites FAQs as follows:

This usually happens if you have replaced the S/W or the lithium battery has been replaced or needs replacing.

Fix the battery or RAM and then:

Using a Beolink 1000 press:1271

After 3 seconds, disconnect the 9500 from the mains and then reconnect. - Done!

If you open it up it's bottom right of the main PCB when view from the front. I think it is under some sort of cover and that you have to resolder it.  I have never done this myself but am sure others can advise.

I'll post a photo tomorrow from work. Only have nexus at the moment and struggling to add picture!
