I was watching the mini-series/pilot for the series "Battlestar Galactica" (the 2005 reboot not the original series) and in his house on Caprica, Gaius Balthar had a Beocom 6000.
OK, I just saw the weirdest placement of a B&O product, not identified as a B&O product, in my entire life. I was watching a commercial TV channel (rare for me) and this ad came on for some prescription medicine, can't recall the name but I think it was for migraine headaches. The tag line/product song were all about "finding balance" in life, and they kept showing various objects balancing tenuously on top of each other. One of the stacks had a B&O M5 speaker, the little squat cylinder one, though the B&O logo had been obscured. I did a double take on that? How did that happen? Maybe they figured it was obscure enough no one would notice and get upset for not being paid for it, some Sonos products along with Apple Homeplay and such are much more easily identifiable.
Anyway, that was a weird sight.

I think there are no glass doors attached, you can actually see the gap between the doors quite clearly when they are closed.
But it's more like a Beosound 2500 or Overtuere as a Beosound 3200 that had no cassette drive
