Seller says they are B&O, tweeter looks like it's from a beolab 6000 or 8000. The woofer, I don't know! And that little grille and capacitor... ?!
Are these B&O drivers?
The metal shrouding on the rear of the speakers points to Avant for me..
Not sure what those grilles are for though!

The metal shrouding indeed suggests that they are magnetically protected drivers from a TV. In addition to some Avants, those same kind of tweeters are used in AV9000 and MX7000 so these could be from there. I have no explanation for the grilles, though, and the caps look like some fancy pansy audiophile caps instead of bog regular bipolars that B&O tends to install...

Magnetically shielded? Learning new stuff all the time. I checked the Avant service manual, they look just like the ones in the drawing there. Tweeters are a different part number from the beolab tweeters.
The caps looks like F&T electrolytics, these are rather small bipolars with raw foil.
And the grilles, maybe for some kind of bass port.
Thanks for the assistance guys!
And you'd only need a shielded speaker on a tube TV, flat panels don't have the magnetic field issue CRTs did.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
What's the diameter of the woofer? BL6000 are 9 cm (but aren't the same as these) . MX 7000 has 9 cm.
Avant/BV5 have 10 cm.
My guess is they are from a avant. The shape of the chassis looks the same.
