A wee question.

Is there a way to access counters on the BV11 like on all the B & O tv's since twenty years before it ?

Like Video days, on/off times...

Thanks,

Gregory

Don't know wether it is the same with a BV 11 but on a Beoplay V1 you can find Reporting in the customer service menu. Load the report to a USB stick and unpack the files with a computer. the service counter is in tmp > reporting > flash > calibration data.

Where can I find the customer service menu on a Beoplay V1?

Menu + settings + red and go in the remote.

It worked indeed, many thanks.

The report is maybe a hundred of lines and one line is "service counters".

You have counters for hdmi 1 to 6, youtube, spotify... in minutes.

For example, I have 164 minutes of spotify or 5000 minutes of hdmi 1 (dtv) in one month and a half of use.
