Is there a good solution available for that ??

Assuming you have the speakers in a Masterlink system, the best way is to get an Audio Master (e.g. Beosound 3000, 9000 etc) and connect a Playmaker to the setup.
You will then be able to Airplay to the Playmaker, and pickup the sound in any linkroom.
If you skip the BL3500, you can connect the playmaker to the BL8000 and do not need an Audio Master.

You'll need a BeoMaster with a free A.AUX-port (or a A.TAPE-port).
Connect the BL8000 to it and MasterLink the BL3500.
Note: in case of A.AUX the software of the BL3500 must support the A.AUX-commando!
Connect an AirPlay-receiver (AirPort Express, Playmaker, Arcam airDAC....) to the BeoMaster.
There you go
Another solution:
Connect one AirPlay-receiver to the BL8000. You'll need adapter cables for that.
And another one to the BL3500 via the 'Almando Masterplay':
almando.com/index.php/almando-category/masterplay-masterlink-konverter/almando-masterplay.html?___store=default&___from_store=endkunde_eng
This way you can adress them individually
