Hello Beoworld!

Can someone help me identify this component of a Beogram 3000, type 5228.

Welcome to Beoworld !

That is a record cleaner that someone stuck onto an otherwise nice Beogram.
When I say it like this, it's because it's usually very difficult - if not impossible - to remove the
remains of the sticky pad that holds it.
Not original - and in my opinion good for not a lot.

Hey Dillen,

Thanks a lot for clarifying that!

From what you're saying, whether the record cleaner is useful or not, I'm assuming its safer to leave it as is compared to a making a mess by trying to remove it.

I guess I'll find out when I get the TT delivered (just bought it on eBay recently).

Cheers!
