Hello,

I have problem with control beovision 11 with savant system. There is a lot of errors in commands.

I have 2 ways to make it but both are problematic.

1: I'm still looking for New BeoLink Gateway protocol . With that i can edit profile to control.

2: Any information about Beovision 11 inside structure. I want open it as little as is possible to put IR blaster behind the front cover.

Sorry for my englis...

Thank you for any reply

In regards to question no 2: It's super easy to take the fron of the BV11 TV, only 4 screws holding the ALU frame and glass in the TV.

The 4 screws are located along the lower edge of TV and removed by torx screwdriver, the frame and glass will stay on TV as it hangs on the top part of TV, then simply lift the whole frame/glass part up and away.

Putting it back is just as easy - only enemy is DUST and fingerprints. See if you can control the environment as much as possible to be dust free. Have air canned air ready and clean dust cloth.

PDF instructions attached.

Any chance you can upload the entire service manual?

No need to take anything apart, the Beovision 11 has an extra IR input on the back where you can hardwire to send unmodulated IR codes or connect external IR receiver, but better yet you can control the BeoVision 11 directly over IP using full two way control

There is already a Savant profile made for this - direct IP two way control no gateway needed (same thing for Control4 and Crestron)

If  you prefer to use the BLGW as the bridge you can also do that, this protocol is public knowledge and also Savant profile already exists, but this one is currently 1 way

Many Thanks HardCopy.

Could one of the mods perhaps add this to the Service Manual section of the site please?

Kind Regards,

Martin.
