Hello all

I treated myself yesterday to a V1-32 and a Beoremote one.

The V1 will replace my Beovision 3-32 in my bedroom.

I wanted to see how another NL product will work with the moment.

What an experience, I went to the shop wanting a V1-40 and did not want white.

I looked at the 32 and how easy it integrates with the moment and I was hooked.

I bought a Beoremote1 to go with it as it came with a Navi and I have never been to keen on those.

I started using the Beoremote one and to my amazement after trying all different options I was hooked. I never even noticed a change from using the beo4 which tells me this is a great remote.

I actually replaced my beo4 in the living room with the Beoremote 1 and am using it with the Bv7-55 (TV has to be in NAVI mode)

I have a couple of questions

On the beo4 go1 activated the sky planned quickly as a shortcut to using menu 1

Now this does not work is there a way to jump directly into the guide?

Can the guide button be programmed to pull up the guide?

I see curtains listed in the remote. Can the remote be configured to control Currains and Fire our IR commands?

How do I get into the service menu on the V1 to tell it to pass light commands back to the gateway I cannot find it.

Great great move from a ML device to NL.

Think I will keep eyes open for a 40 inch for my Bedroom and move the 32 to the kitchen.

Great TV and even better remote.

The first time I have replaced the beo4 and not immediately missed it which means it's a win.

I don't know if this will help, or if it will get you to the right place, but here is how to get to the Customer Service Menu for the Beovision 11 (mind you, this is with a Beo4 / joystick)

- Press the MENU button on the remote control.

- Choose ‘Setup’ (on screen), and press the Centre button (remote control)

- Press RED button (remote control) and within 3 seconds press the Centre button (remote control)

- Choose ‘Settings’ (on screen), and press the Centre button (remote control)

Good Luck! (as always, be careful in these screens as they're not really meant to be accessed by the user). I used it to export the counters for the television to a USB Stick; Incidentally, here are those instructions:

The USB Stick should be formatted for DOS, and inserted in an available USB Slot.

Choose Reporting, export to USB stick.

Once done, at your computer, open the contents of the stick and the counters are located in a text file in the Calibration folder.
