I have a BeoPlay A2 that is being rejected by my iMac - it sees the device, but rejects pairing and asks (under 'options') for a pairing code.  There is no pairing code, as far as I know.

Anyone have this problem?   I can pair the A2 with other devices.  iOS is fully updated.

Wat is the age of the mac ~ which model? And you've tried 1234 and 0000?

Yes - tried 1234 and 0000 (and 9999)

iMac is running Yosemite and can Bluetooth with all my other devices.  unit is probably 6+ years old.

So probably a down level Bluetooth

There may be firmware flash that you could try

But I know in my case I am out of luck

It would work if here were a pairing code.  Nobody knows that actual pairing code?

Also, software is updated to latest version and all other bluetooth items work fine, with no pairing issue.  There must be a pairing code for the A2 when pairing is rejected.

Nobody knows it?  Hello B&O some help here?

Sound a issue when I tried to connect my h8 via Bluetooth too my PlayStation 3... I'm prompted for a pin code.

But there's no pin.

I know it's not the A2
