This has been discussed in the Beoplay A? topic. It has the same design than the Beolit 15. Seems just like an update.
My idea : it must be a Beoplay product with a lot of electronics from the Beosound 1 inside (so, multiroom) in a Beoplay style ;-)

Why would a M brand be needed for multiroom? Some A-series products already are able to do this? They ran out of numbers? So eh — product line is a mess.

Totally agree. There's definitely room in the A-series when it comes to numbers, so the M-series probably comes with a twist that justifies the different naming.

Strange that no teasing appeared on the Beoplay website...
I'm curious to see if it will be again a battery powered device or one like the BeoSound 2 with main power.
it will be presented january, 5th in chicago at a consumer fair as far as i know
