Hi!

I bought a Beolink Coverter 1610 sw 1.1.

Maybe it is not good to connect a Beomaster 5500 with a Avant 32 DVD.

BUT, I found inside a switch: "Central 1610" and "Local 1611"; someone know the function??

Thank you very much!!!

Hi,

If your BeoMaster 5500 has a datalink output (7 pin DIN), you simply connect it to the converter via a 7pin DIN cable, connect the Avant to the same converter via a Masterlink cable, set the correct options depending on your setup (with a remote control, setup your audio master to option 0,1 or 2, and same for your TV), plug the converter to power, and voilà!Smile
