At the dealer’s?

Just a flat screwdriver will do.

Yep, just peek inside to see where the arrow is pointing and know where you need it to be pointing before making the adjustment so you know which orientation the 9000 will be placed. Especially since the flathead screwdriver doesn't have the arrow shape the original red tool has.

Ive just removed to 2 black caps off the back, but there is nothing there, i can see the class of the front panal, is there something missing? Ive had the beosound playing on the wall horizontally and laid flat  on a tv unit, it works perfectly laid down, but when on the wall allthough everything plays, i can hear a scrapping sound like the cd is catching on something.
