On 5 dimmers, 2 are already dead, and I'm using only "old 230V bulb"!!!

The first one was changed (of course with $) by the retailer.

With the second problem the retailer asks me to send the dimmer to the manufacturer to analyse; because it's the second version.

I sent it at the begining of October.

Since I wrote a lot of email with no answer or a wide panel of lame excuses: "on holiday, we are busy, next week,..."

Finaly I asked if they are a serious compagny: the answer is: "No" !!!!!!

please don't by Unotech product!

Do they work with Beotime/ Beo4?

What are you going to use at alternate?

Beosound 8, Beotime, Beocom 4, Beo 5, Lutron Rania, MacBook 15" (Mid 2015), iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, B&O Play H3, Beolit 12, Form 2, A8 Headphones, B&O Play A1, B&O Essence

The best alternate is the BC2...

I have 3 and never had any problem!

Hey I suppose you mean LC2, BC2 (Beocenter 2) does not control lights :-)

Anyway I agree, unotech or bosscom dimmers are the same.

See my answer and issue here: http://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/p/3226/31059.aspx#31059

Ideal would be if Lutron would make somthing like this compatible with the beo 4 or 6 http://europe.lutron.com/Products/productDetail.aspx?fid=solina

I use in my house A couple of LC1-, LC2- and Lutron Lightcontrols. Works perfectly with all the Beo-remotes and the new Beotime!
