Is it possible to set up Beolab 7.1/2/6 as a left channel in the setup menu?

If I would use a 7.4 as center and 7.1 as left and right front and rears.

If my memory serves me well, I think that depends on the version and sw of the BSys3.

Unfortunately not able to check this at time being.

Would appreciate if you could check up in that and get back with more information. I am on the fence about keeping the BS3 or selling it. Haven’t installed it yet.

Sorry I won’t be able in the next days - I’ll spend most of the next couple of weeks at a music festival (Tønder Festival in DK).

Since you already have a BSys3 at home - why not connect that and see which options the sound menu offers on that one.

I currently have it at my fathers place in Norway.

That is why I am checking the possible options for it before deciding.

Seems  possible, I just tried it on:

Beosystem MK3, Type No. 7710,

Servicemenu:

Monitor Information
IC3: AP SW: 13.12.a
IC2: IOP SW23.00a

and as you can see I could choose a few more 7.2 in the speaker setup menu.

Evidence: Wink
