Probably a dead processor and/or/because of power supply failure.Overvoltage from lightning strike or wrong mains voltage setting perhaps.
Easy? - Depends on how much has burned.LIghtning strike cases usually means write-off for these models.- But it could also be as simple as too much ripple on the CPU voltage.It will have to be diagnosed to know why and how much.I would start at the low-voltage regulators.
If you bought it as working, I suggest you return it.
